I call it the Smoky Mango Mule - fresh mango puree, a hint of chipotle, lime, and ginger beer, topped with a light smoke infusion. It’s bold, playful, and has just the right kick to surprise your taste buds.
Experimenting with unexpected flavors is my favorite part of bartending - turning a classic into something completely new. Can’t wait for you all to try it!
